Our Payment Options
At Midtown Dental Associates, we accept various payment options giving you the flexblity to choose the one you feel the most comfortable with. We want to make your visit more comfortable, so we have listed the following payment options for you to review.
Cash and Personal Checks
Paying with cash is one of the most common and reliable ways to pay for our services. Since cash payments can be more convenient and quick, you may decide to opt for this method of payment.
Aside from cash, we also accept personal checks as payment for our dental services. our staff will assist you in writing the check so make sure you seek their assistance and ask any questions if needed.
Today, many people prefer paying with their credit cards rather than any other payment method. We accept the majority of credit cards to provide maximum convenience to our patients.
Our office accepts CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that is used to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by medical insurance. CareCredit is subject to credit approval, but once you are accepted, you can use it again and again. CareCredit is a great option if you're on a budget, in that you can pay for your dental expenses in installments. Ask us about CareCredit today! Applying is easy, and we are here to answer any questions.
Insurance Our Payment Options
Many dental insurance plans fully or partially cover your basic dental work, including teeth cleanings, fillings, checkups and even necessary dental surgery. However, it is important that you verify if we are an accepted dental care provider for your insurance coverage.
Since dental plans can vary in terms of services covered and accepted care providers, it is important that you talk with your insurance representative to understand your plan before your visit with us. Keep in mind that if your dental insurance only covers part of your services, you will have a balance remaining that you can pay for through our other payment options. If you are paying for your dental services through your insurance, please make sure to bring your insurance card and driver’s license or another form of ID on the day of your appointment.
We want to make sure you always have a great experience when you visit, feel free to ask us about our payment options and we will gladly help you determine which one is ideal for you. Our staff in Midtown Dental Associates in Austin, Texas are here to answer any questions you may have.
